The General Purpose of Killer Game Rants (KGR) is a site where gamers with "open minds", strong opinions and would like to voice their opinions can get together and share their life experiences. The main purpose is to allow the KGR members to enhance their gaming experiences by getting to know and interact with their fellow gamers in an environment that understands and respects the differences in interests and responsibilities among the various ideas, thoughts, games, gaming systems, ESRB Ratings age demographics and individual preferences of each user. While KGR enjoys the use of mature language, imagery and situations, members of the site must be of sufficient maturity to differentiate between acceptable and unacceptable behavior.
The following rules are a set of guidelines, by which KGR will operate. All members must hold themselves to these rules AT A MINIMUM KGR would request that members conduct themselves with honor and integrity, while maintaining the youthful indifference that makes gaming so much fun. Members who violate the following guidelines may have their accounts suspended for a minimum of 3 days, up to termination of their account.
• This site is intended to be a community of friends. Activity that damages the community is not acceptable -- this includes, but is not limited to, the malicious slandering of other KGR members or their families.
• Personal attacks will not be tolerated. You may not post hostile messages in the forums, or send hostile unsolicited private messages. Nor may you use information (IM addresses, email addresses) gathered from KGR for this purpose. (Note: It is understood that a portion of KGR's culture stems from good natured ribbing and joshing aroud and joking. However, the point at which a joke becomes personal is the point at which it has gone too far. Meaning, if someone accidentally takes a joke in the wrong way and ask you stop, stop furthering the conversation. We do not ask you to apologize, but that would be a nice gesture.)
• You agree not to post unsolicited ads for anything non-KGR related in the forums or via private messages. If you wish to make use of the Game Swap or Classified Forums, please feel free to do so. However, any other posting of solicitations or advertisements will not be tolerated.
• You agree not to post hate speech (racial, gender, sexuality, etc.) in the forums or through the private messaging system.
• You agree not to post adult material of an obscene or licentious nature. While most KGR members might appreciate images or content of an adult nature, such items do not fit the proposed image of KGR. Posts containing such material will be deleted immediately.
• Under no circumstances may you use KGR to host images for another site. KGR takes bandwidth theft very seriously and will take steps to insure that the site expenses are limited to KGR usage.
• You may only have one account at a time. If you need to change your account name, contact one of the administrators (

• Accounts are for one person only. Please do not share your userid or password with anyone else. Doing so prevents other members from forming a trusting relationship with you and may inhibit KGR's ability to serve custom functionality to you. Registration is simple and free - encourage your gaming friends and family to join.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use KGR. Younger users will not be allowed on the site. We're sorry, but KGR really is for the older, not exactly mature gamers. We have a singular bond (jobs, families, responsibilities) which the younger (under 18) community just can't understand. We do not want to seem biased, but we do not want any issues with petty arguments or anonymous accounts. Feel free to browse the public area, but you will not be able to post in the Forums.
• You agree not to post images or content to the forums or gallery that you do not have the legal right to (ie. you must be the photographer or creator of any image you post). Non-original Images may be posted to the website (where allowed), as long as they are accompanied by editorial text and used in a manner which does not challenge the original copyright holder.
• You agree not to post original KGR content (images from the galleries, movies, etc.) at any other site. You also agree not to forward any such content via email, instant messaging or any other medium.
• The KGR logo and mascot are copyrighted materials. You agree not to use them in any medium without first attaining written permission (
